Bio:

I may be just 4 years old, but I’ve packed a lot of living into those four years! I began life as a breeding dog in a smaller breeding operation. But I didn’t produce enough puppies, so I was relinquished to As Good as Gold and began to learn about living in a house. Which was scary at first!

I did need quite a bit of vetting that eventually revealed that I had ovarian cancer. I’m happy to report that I’ve successfully completed chemotherapy and I’m in complete remission! Like any cancer survivor, I’ll need regular checkups for the next year to be sure the cancer stays at bay. The good folks at AGaG will cover the cost of those visits.

Throughout all that, I slowly adjusted to living in a house. Thanks to the love, patience and guidance of my foster home and canine foster sibling, I’m blossoming into a silly, sweet and loving girl. I can still be reserved and timid, and loud noises startle and scare me, but I’ve made great progress and can’t wait to see what life in my forever home will be like!
