Hawk Success Story

When our search and rescue team “Central K9 Search and Rescue” first saw Hawk, we knew he would be a great candidate for search work. His drive for his tennis ball is out of this world! Which is exactly what we were looking for. When we do training it is like one big game for him. When he finds the human hidden in the woods he receives his favorite ball.

Of course we had to get his basic training out of the way first. For example no counter surfing or jumping. But after a few months of repetition and positive reinforcement for good behaviors, it all started to click. Now he can lay peacefully with my senior German Shepard or even my bearded dragon! Thank you As Good As Gold for giving Hawk the chance he deserved – we are forever thankful!
