Share your story and you could receive a $1,000 Petco gift card AND As Good as Gold could be awarded a grant of up to $100,000 to help us save even more Goldens and Golden mixes!
The deadline to submit your story is September 23rd
Petco provides a tool kit, FAQ’s and last years winning submissions. You can use these as a guide for what a winning submission looks like.
It’s simple but the more creative you are the better chance you have of winning!
Submit your story telling how your dog brings more joy to your life each day, and how their love changed your life–in big or small ways–for a chance to win BIG for As Good as Gold. You’ll also have the chance to win a Petco gift card, up to $1,000.
Remember to tell a story rather than simply reciting facts as they happened. Quality storytelling and supporting photos or videos will make your submission stand out from all the others. If you need help with background information on your Golden you can contact us and we can help, if possible.
Additionally, be sure to use high resolution images. Be sure to submit photos that are clear and of the highest quality possible. In addition, we encourage you to submit up to three additional photos that help tell the story of how your pet impacted your life.
They also encourage the use of video in telling your story.
