Bio:

INTRODUCTION As told by Piper

Every morning, the world is a brand-new adventure. I stretch, yawn and give the biggest, happiest tail wag you’ve ever seen. My human says I’m a morning person, but I’m just really good at living in the moment.

I love walks! The smells, the sights, the feel of the grass between my toes – it’s pure joy. Car rides are a close second. I sit by the window, ears flapping like crazy, watching the world go by. All this is kind of amazing, since I’m a retired breeder dog and many of us find walks and car rides scary. Not me though!

I’m a cuddle bug through and through. A gentle scratch behind the ears is my love language. I’m not picky about who gives them to me either: kids, adults, other dogs – everyone’s a friend as far as I’m concerned.

My backyard is my wrestling ring. Ernie, this giant slobbery goofball, is my partner in crime. We tumble and roll and play and bark. It’s the best kind of fun.

I’m still learning my manners, especially when my human disappears. Sometimes, I get a little excited and have accidents. But don’t worry, I’m a quick study and I’m trying my hardest! I just need some guidance and training.

I’m looking for a family who loves to laugh and play. Someone who will take me on adventures, share cuddles and teach me everything. I promise to be the best, most loyal companion you could ask for.
