How would you like a couple of sweet, funny, lovable boys? Everyone who meets us thinks we are great. We are very smart, we know sit, shake, down, beg, speak and come. We are perfect house guests and don’t have any of those silly youngster behaviors.

Hi, I’m Max. I am the older one, although I would rather say I am the wiser one. I am the lighter one in the picture. I am pretty handsome, don’t you think? I do have some allergy issues so my ears need always need some TLC, but what golden doesn’t?

Hi, I’m Iggy and I love my brother Max. So much so that I need to make sure I protect him from any other four legged friends. I think that’s my job. I need some work walking on a leash when other dogs are around and I would prefer to have Max all to myself.

Foster mom says we are just to die for and will make some family very happy. We are extremely sweet natured, very willing to please and love to show you all of our tricks. We can even speak in very soft woofs. We love running around the yard together and will chase toys. We are just a couple of fun loving boys. How would you like to add us to your family?

Adoption Process
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Be at least 23 years of age

  • No children under 6 years of age living in your home

  • We primarily adopt goldens to families living within Illinois, Northwest Indiana, and the southern most counties of Wisconsin

  • If you do not own your residence or live in a condo, you will need a letter from your landlord or property management company

  • Provide excellent vet care for your dog(s)

  • Do not use an invisible fence

  • Are not over your town/county's pet limit

  • Have the knowledge and agreement of all adults living in the household

  • Be prepared to make a lifetime commitment
