Hope Success Story

We contacted AGAG not long after our beloved Jake left us on March 5th. Jake was the 4th senior Golden that we have rescued through AGAG so we knew that they would be able to find us another great one.  Sure enough, 10 1/2 year old HOPE was available and in the three weeks we have had her, she has warmed our hearts completely.  She has no behavioral issues, walks great on a leash, loves to ride in the car and can be trusted in the house.  HOPE has met our family and our dogs and fits right in.  She has already been to our groomer who has been beautifying our Goldens for 15 years, and he confirms that “the Kaplans got another great Golden!”  HOPE had filled the void that Jake’s absence had left and reminds us why we adopt seniors.  We may even change her name to JOY!

Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history and as such breed and age estimates are an educated guess.
