Mentor dog and fenced yard required.

The dictionary defines a “hipster” as someone who “follows the latest trends and fashions.” Ha! Nope, that’s not me. I follow my human friends and doggie pals around, true. Fashion? What would I need besides my luxurious furry coat?

Another quality I have that would make a fabulous trend is that I’m described as “sweet!” And that’s an exceptional quality to have considering that during my first seven years of life, I didn’t have the benefit of living with a family! With that in mind, my foster parents are delighted to note that I’m not fearful at all! I readily run up to people to greet them. I love attention from people and never tire of being petted. I enjoy the outdoors so very much. Lying on the patio enjoying the scents and the sky or sitting at the fence gate watching the neighborhood are a couple of my favorite pastimes.

Playing and wrestling with my furry foster siblings is lots of fun too! I also like going for walks and prefer being the one out in front! While in the house it’s exciting to look out the front window and watch the squirrels run back and forth and up and down. Foster dad notes that when we walk and I see a squirrel, or another critter that might catch my attention, I lift my head and kind of prance like a show horse!

Additional things you might like to know: I ride well in the car, but you can tell I’m just a tad nervous. I quickly adapted to hardwood floors and was taking the stairs my first day here! Housebreaking: I’ve had a couple of accidents in the house, but am getting the hang of going outside.

I’m hoping to find my one and only forever family, but I’d really like a family that would pet me and allow me to engage with the outdoors. I promise I’ll be sweet!
