We are Bindi and Kodi … a bonded pair of sweet seniors who are, of course, looking for our forever home together.  Bindi here, I want to tell you a little about myself.  I am a female, and foster mom calls me her little shadow.  I love to follow her around, I am very affectionate, and love to be petted, a lot!  I will whine if I am not near foster mom when she is home and love to always have her in my sight.  I am not a toy lover, but I will chew on a bone occasionally.

I am Kodi and I am a handsome boy.  Whenever you come home, I greet you with my special stuffed spider.  I also have a very silly smile.  You may think I want to show you my teeth, but it’s all happy.

We are both low energy and love to go for a few short walks a day.  If it’s time for our walk, we will let our foster parents know!  We love meeting people on our walks.  We will talk to the other dogs we see and try and get near them.  If we stop for a chat with the neighbors, we are perfect and quietly lay down and enjoy the fresh air.

We won’t chase balls, but we will keep your yard bunny free.  We love to be with people and have wonderful manners when guests come over.  We are very food motivated and will sit by you when you eat dinner, waiting to see if you will drop anything.  But, we aren’t supposed to have people food as foster mom and dad have taught us.  We also need to lose some weight which will help with our mobility.

We are not able to do stairs, so we will need to go to a home where we can be on one floor and we can sleep in a bedroom with our humans at night.  Otherwise we are very lonely and will bark to have someone with us.  We can’t do many stairs to go out to go potty.

If you are looking to adopt a pair of gentle souls in their golden years, why not consider us?  We will give you so much love in return and be happy to have a home to call our very own.
