We adopted Bella (who was named Angel at the time) in 2010. She was 8 years old at the time. She was a bit stand-offish at first. She had a tendency to growl at strangers. We gave her tons of love and she slowly began to warm up to everyone. She brought us untold amounts of joy. She lived until March 21, 2019. Yes!! She was 16 1/2 yrs old when degenerative spinal disease finally caught up with her and we had to have her put to sleep. We miss her terribly and are so thankful for the pure joy she brought to our lives!!
