I am a fun loving, exuberant boy with a lot of energy.  My foster mom is a trainer and has taught me all of my basic obedience commands.  I am very smart and catch on to learning quickly.  I will still need to continue training since I am just starting to learn to be a good-mannered companion.  I love playing with a ball and will try to put more than one in my mouth.  I know how to fetch and am learning how to drop the ball to keep playing.  I absolutely love all of the people I have met.  I should mention that I am very tall and lean compared to most goldens.  I have been known to jump up and put my front paws on a person’s shoulders.  I am learning that it’s not the right way to say hi.  I like other dogs, but I can be really rough when playing with them.  Some dogs may get mad at me for my play style, so I might not be appropriate for most dogs.  If you are up for an energetic boy and have the time to spend with me to give me exercise and continue my training, I will blossom into a great family member.
